Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We request that all items returned are packaged securely.
Lost or Late Packages
If you parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please first check tracking details on the carrier website. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Otherwise please email us at email@example.com
