They are such as Dharma, Brahman, Atman, Guna and Dosa, and more. Through these concepts, plants are considered a means of absorbing consciousness and different energy feelings.
About the author:
Rosalia Stellacci has come to yoga through the study of Applied Physics and Quantum Mechanics. Between 2001 and 2002 she worked in the United States, where she worked as a researcher at the Institute of Research on Gravitational Waves (LIGOLab – Caltech – MIT). To deepen her studies in physics, she followed courses on the philosophy of Yoga and Zen. She followed seminars on the influence of consciousness on reality from a biophysics and physics point of view.
In 2005, Rosalia collaborated with the oncological radiotherapy department of the S.G. Moscati hospital in Taranto, where she was in charge of particle accelerators to produce ionizing and non-ionizing radiation in medicine. She has from then been passionate about the study of alternative therapies, such as Ayurveda, Plantar Reflexology, Pranotherapy and Chinese Medicine by acquiring a deep knowledge of their principles and therapeutic methods. She also studied Reiki, Theta Healing, Tantric Shiatsu and Raja Meditation.
For four years, Rosalia retired to the Sassi of Matera, a complex of cave dwellings carved into the ancient river canyon in Southern Italy. Here she lived in complete asceticism, according to the style of yoga where, in total isolation and meditation, she developed siddhis (mental abilities acquired through meditation). Since 2012, she has been founder president of the Al Jalil Yoga Center for Yoga and Meditation Studies in Matera. She conducts courses and seminars on essential oils, quantum physics, biophysics and raja yoga.
From 2017, Rosalia founded the Yoga Alliance International Yoga Teacher Training Course, entitled “Quantum Biophysics Raja Yoga”. The training combines practical and theoretical knowledge of yoga with skills in quantum physics and quantum biology.
